Matthew Berry-McIntosh principally deals with the more typical Chartered Building Surveying appointments.

Matthew was awarded Chartered status by the RICS in 1995 and prior to the formation of Meadowside he gained experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor working for London based surveying practices and for main contractors.

Our consultants have experience working with local authorities including school projects where demands on budget control and timescale are particularly important.
